At Industria Power + Data, safety is at the center of our culture. We hold the safety and health of our team members and clients at the core of our value system.

We're proactive about safety

From daily safety huddles to weekly safety meetings, we are relentlessly proactive in our goal of zero injuries. We believe that every safety-related incident is preventable. In 2021, we reached a company low EMR of 0.62, but our focus is always 0.

It's not enough to react after an accident has resulted in a costly delay of work, an injury, or worse. We pro-actively plan for and assess each situation for potential safety concerns through Job Safety Evaluations and task-specific Job Safety Analyses, which are completed by each team member – for each task.

Behavior-Based Safety Program

At Industria, we believe that safety is the responsibility of every team member, and we use behavior-based safety practices to fulfill that responsibility.

We focus on leading indicators such as: pre-job safety analyses (JSEs), site specific safety, health and environmental procedures, daily job safety analyses (JSAs), and root-cause analyses of near-hits.

All of our team members complete a Job Safety Analysis form prior to performing every project or task. We operate in some of the most challenging industrial settings, and maintain rigorous safety standards to ensure a safe working environment for our team.

Our Safety Program Includes:

• Weekly safety call attended by all project leaders
• Team members complete a Job Safety Analysis form prior to performing every daily project/task
