SKILLBRIDGE PROGRAM

Your Mission Doesn't End Here

Turn Your Military Experience Into a Career in Electrical Construction & Data Centers

Industria is launching a SkillBridge Project Management Development Program, and we're looking for U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps veterans who are ready to bring their leadership, logistics and mission-execution skills to one of the fastest-growing industries in the country.

About the Program

This six-month, hands-on training experience is designed to prepare you for a full-time Project Manager role in electrical construction and data center development. As a participant, you'll continue to receive your military pay and benefits through the Department of Defense while you train with us — at no cost to you.

During the program, you'll travel to our project sites across Illinois, Ohio, Virginia, Georgia and Texas, meeting our teams, working on real projects and building the skills to lead. Successful program graduates are positioned for long-term growth within Industria, with opportunities to take on larger projects, senior PM roles and leadership positions.

What You'll Gain

  • Real-world experience in a stable, growing and high-demand industry
  • Hands-on exposure to electrical and data center projects across the country
  • Mentorship from experienced project management professionals
  • A direct pathway to a full-time Project Manager offer upon successful completion

Upon Hire

  • Competitive salary: $100,000 – $125,000
  • Eligibility for project-based performance incentives
  • Comprehensive benefits package

Who We're Looking For

Service members within 180 days of separation or retirement who have demonstrated leadership, logistics or operations experience. No prior construction experience required. Your military background is the foundation we build on.
